SNMP Monitoring

Provide SNMP functionality for monitoring the Node health

It would be very useful to be able to query the Node health using SNMP so that we don't have to log in to check the Node's health. Some tools that are used to monitor home networks are things like PRTG, Nagios and Spiceworks. Using these tools allow a 'single pane of glass' approach for home networks so that you can see at a glance, the health of your home network and all the devices on the network
